We are obsessed with this terracotta color that we got through our experimenting this year! This lightweight cotton silk blend scarf is hand block printed with a mud resist. This technique is called Dabu. Dabu translates to "pressing". Where ever the resist is pressed, the dye doesn't go on it. Through this process of printing and re-printing and natural dyeing - we got such beautiful colors of pink, light green, and terracotta. It's almost like the flowers are celebrating and dancing in the fine breeze of autumn.- hand block printed using carved wooden blocks
