We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Also, customers are responsible for any applicable custom fees their country laws may put on products imported.
How long will it take for us to receive our order?
We ship out items in 1-3 business days from the day we receive the order so you receive the shipment in 3-5 business days (USA). We understand it's important to receive items without waiting too long for it!
For International Orders, if you choose 'First Class' it may take up to 4-6 weeks; For Priority Mail, it may take up to 14 business days.
Custom Duties and Tax
Please note that customers are responsible for duties and taxes accrued in their home country.
How much is shipping?
You can put items in the cart and get an Estimated Shipping Cost to your zipcode or country. It's that simple! Our shipping costs are low and we provide real time shipping quotes.
What is your refund policy?
14 days from delivery - You may return most new, unopened items within seven days of delivery for a full refund.
30 days from delivery - You may exchange within two weeks of delivery.
However, there is no refund of original shipping cost and return shipping will not be provided. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
