This large pink scarf is hand block printed with a mud resist technique called Dabu. Dabu translates to "pressing". Where ever the resist is pressed, the dye doesn't go on it. It was then naturally dyed in a boiling pot of flowers to bring in this gorgeous pink color. This unique pattern was inspired by the silhouette shapes that are formed in a cluster of leaves in sunlight.
