DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

If you would like to get something customized, do not hesitate to drop us a line at info@ichcha.com. We have done many custom orders and would love to work on yours as well.  

  

HOW DO I WASH THE PRODUCTS I BUY?

Care instructions are given at the bottom of the description in each product page, but to summarize, all naturally dyed cotton products are to be washed separately on gentle cycle for the first few washes. Air dry and iron if necessary.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING?

Yes we do! Once you put your item in the cart, you will see a small "Add" icon right below the item in the cart. You may select that to add a Gift Wrap and/or a Gift Message.  We would wrap your products in a handmade eco friendly newspaper bag. This bag is made using recycled newspaper, by women of poor families. Our customers have all loved this bag!

 

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do! We are an eco-conscious company, so if you'd like to send someone a Gift Card by Snail Mail, we will mail them an eco friendly recycled newspaper Gift Card.  We also have Gift Certificates that you can purchase online! Gift Certificates get emailed and reach the person you want to send to, within a few minutes of your purchase. It's fast, simple and of course eco-friendly!

 

DO YOU HAVE SALE EVENTS?

Yes we do! Join and follow our Instagram page to stay in touch with our sale events. You can also sign up for our newsletter and get discount on your first order. To sign up for our newsletter, scroll all the way down to the bottom of this page and you'll see a box where you can sign up. We announce all sales in our newsletter.

 

I SIGNED UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE COUPON. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

When you sign up for our newsletter, an email is sent to you with the Coupon.  You should receive the email within 15 minutes.  If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your 'Junk' or 'Spam' mail. Some email accounts are set up to deflect newsletters and similar mails to those accounts. If you end up finding our newsletter in the Junk/Spam Folder, please do not forget to mark it as 'Not Spam'. This would allow our future newsletters to fall in your Inbox Correctly. 

 

CAN WE USE MULTIPLE COUPONS FOR THE SAME ORDER?

At this time, you can only use one coupon per order.
